Terms and Policies
All sizes are approximate. Because many of our items come in different options or are hand crafted, some products may have slight color variations and imperfections.
Prices are subject to change without notice and will be billed at prices in effect at the time of shipment.
Items not available at time of shipment will be back ordered. Back orders are automatically added to subsequent orders before shipping unless otherwise noted or canceled. All back orders not shipped within 90 days may be cancelled.
Orders may be picked up at store location for no additional charge.
Orders that are cancelled after they have been picked, packaged, and staged will be charged a 15% restocking fee. If a shipment is refused, customers will be charged the inbound and outbound shipping as well as a 15% restocking fee.
Once a transportation company leaves our store, they become responsible. In case of loss or damage caused by the carrier, a report should be made to that carrier. Customers must inspect their product on arrival and note any damages or shortages on the shipping papers before signing. They should then call the carrier for an inspector and keep all packing materials.
Customers receiving damaged or defective items must report it to the company within 3 business days of delivery date. Returns require an authorization from a customer service agent at Rusted Horseshoe. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee if no damage or defect is found. We must be notified of missing products or shortages within 3 days of the delivery date. We cannot ship replacements for items missing or damaged in transit.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions including after an order has been submitted at any time without prior notice.
